We would like to inform you that from July 1, 2012 onwards, ensogo credits will have 1 year validity period after its activated month whether they are from ensogo top up credit deal, ensogo gift card or acquired by credit referral invitation. All the expired credits will be automatically deducted on monthly basis at the end of the month. Regarding all remaining credits before July 1, 2012, they will be expired on June 30, 2013.
However no worry on your credit expiration, we will send you credit expiry email alert on the 1st of the month your credits expire. Also you could log in to your account and simply check your latest credit balance from ‘My Credits’ menu in ‘My Account’ Page which you will be able to see credit expiration transaction in credit transition log.
